who cares, hes not that great. The phillies know they blew it with Cliff Lee.

shocking to me they are willing to pick up that huge option Oswalt has yet they "couldnt afford" Lee and Halladay....

I would have LITERALLY done anything I could have to make that happen. With the way the yanks dominated with a 3 man rotation you really had no choice.

Getting rid of Cliff was insane. Yes they knew of his talent before he came but certain guys have the it factor. Remember that pop fly he caught and looked away nonchalantly as it hit his glove like he was playing a backyard game. Certain guys have it, and he has it.

some debut, eh? remember folks: you heard it here first. first pitch to nyger(careful how you spell/say it) he gives up a triple. glad i backed the 'stros last night to cover these now "stacked" phils.

it was certainly an inauspicious beginning for Oswalt as a Phillie...

I don't care if it was his normal days rest, they should have not pitched him yesterday. We've now seen that 3 times this season, where a pitcher is traded to a new team, pitches the next day and loses.

                          Lee, Haren and now Oswalt.
