well, they didn't give up much (Giovanni Soto, LHP, A-ball, not the Cubs C). he's 19, 6'4", 155 lbs. baseball instinct says: low 90s fastball and workable secondaries in a curveball and changeup. Tantalizing peripherals and a prospect we’ll be keeping a close eye on.

promising but raw, and more importantly, 6'4" 155. he sounds like fkn JJ Evans. if they bring him up tomorrow, they'll have cut about 100 pounds off the roster.
