actually, he's risking $2 million, allegedly. cappin, i think you underestimated your unit count. yesterday, you were 0-3 -1010u, but you started +36.5u. it looks as if you've shorted yourself about 52u. did you include the closing costs, etc., for transferring your house to your local in your record? if so, i think that you're being perhaps a little too honest. anyway, BOL with the Rays!
