Oak ML looks awfully good

On a not so quantitative note, CHW's starter has a huge walk rate so far in major league starts. That bodes well for the OAK lineup and approach. They are good at working the count and should create some opportunities for the meat of the lineup. Cust has been hot the last few weeks and hitting absolute bombs.

i just think the kid pitching for chisox is a little to much of a unknown for me in this one, yes he has walked a lot of ppl but that a very small sample and i do know Ozzie really likes the kid, that enough for me to think he will be solid...juice felt to high for me as i really dont trust oak all that much, there offense can look horrible at times, i play them quite a bit but when you start getting into the -150 range i just gotta have more faith in a team than i do them....still think you pretty much on point with everything you saying and has a good chance of cashing, i just rather pass.......gl today

This oakland offense just gets on my nerves sometimes when a key spot comes up and they just refuse to drive any runs in.

I hear you. It's frustrating watching a guy like Barton work a 10 pitch count into a pop up. I think Cust heating up really changes things. When he's on he's an OBP machine. He's got a .517 obp since the break.

I agree, I hate the chalk. But in some ways it makes me feel better. Usually with this matchup you're looking at a pick -em to 130 range. Pushing toward 150 make me think even more the As are the pick.
