      LT if the streak was at 10 or 11 games then maybe it would be pure luck, but we're talking 17 games in a row... that is not luck, just pure dominance. Its crazy because the streak has been going on when the Indians have sucked balls and Rays have been pretty damn good

        Only time you should consider such a stat is when just about the exact same team for both suited up all 17 times, since that certainly isnt the case cap this game as you normally would.

            You actually just strengthened my point.

            There is no logical reason for a streak like this considering the shift in power between these teams over the years and all the different rosters. So in the absence of a legitimate for the streak, it is by definition just variance (i.e., Luck).
