While Zito has been heating up the last couple games he's started,
(10 strikeouts the last game causing a shutout, 7 the one before with only 2 runs allowed, both resulting in wins), the Dodgers are on a 6 game losing streak playing like little leaguers (possibly about to be 7), and Billingsley has not been impressive. In his last game versus the cardinals he had 0 strikeouts and allowed 7 runs. In his game before that versus the whitesox he did have 9 strikeouts, while allowing 4 runs and 7 hits in 7 innings pitched.
Giants will also be sweeping the series if they win this one was they have won the previous 2.Comment
