You have no idea how many of these I've had recently. I know it's my third in four days, and I want to say the ninth in the last three weeks that's missed by one game. Glad I only invest $5 in these, but oh what might have been....

Problem is, my SU Reds loss was on top of it, making for an ugly night. Also had the Cubs (lost in 12) and Rays RL (won by 1).

I was confident in the play itself, but I've had so many bad beats lately, I just knew something would happen to wipe it out. I actually figured I'd lose this game by 1; dropped 11 of 12 one-run decisions since last week.

damn ok just lolwer your stakes when you are in a hole. i think a good strategy to clean up with baseball is to wait til like the last 20 games where everyone really start trying and showing what they are made of. then you know who to back and who to fade, just like nba.

I actually only went with a 12% bet, but in retrospect, you're right.

Of course, had I hit it, I wouldn't have thought twice about going more than 10%. Them's the breaks.
