I don't like the initial line movement at all, but Felix is as solid as they come.

Floyd, meanwhile, really struggles in Seattle for whatever reason. He's given up 13 ER in his last 12.1 IP there, and was hit hard by the M's in Chicago earlier this season.

I honestly think the line movement just shows Felix was favored by too much at the on-set -- not that the White Sox are the play. The fact that a crappy M's team can be -140 to start against the white-hot Sox gives me all the info I need to know.

If Felix were, say, -115, I'd be leery.

We'll have to see where the line goes from here, but I think Vegas is telling us who will win by starting him off at -140.

Felix has been as solid as anyone not named Josh Johnson or Adam Wainwright lately. In his last 7 starts, he's only given up 11 ER in 60 IP. Now granted he's only 4-3 record wise during that stretch, but I still like the M's chances to prevail considering he's facing road Floyd and not Danks or even Buehrle or Garcia.

No doubt he's been solid, but Grienke opened at -175 and I think Felix has been pitching better than him lately. I know it's two different situations, but I'm not sure, I guess I expected alot more chalk with Felix. Either way, I'll trust my money with Felix over alot of pitchers pitching tomorrow.

              Greinke's facing a .500 team.

Felix is going against the hottest team in baseball.

sure Felix is great but look at the games Floyd been pitching the last 10 or so...he hasnt giving up more than 2 runs in quite some time and Sea is anemic offensively anyway......
