Yesterday, hmm what can I say about that, it was a horrible day. I have never been so frustrated that I just wanted to quit all together. The Rockies game did me in. I had gave up on them when they were down 7-4, but after they took the lead I was all roses. I still can't believe what I saw in the ninth. One strike away and then a walk. Mr. Murphy comes up and decides to hit his first home run of the season and one of his few of his career. Wow, I still can't believe it. I usually bet around 50-150 to a game, but had that one in quite a few 2 game parlays that I sometimes play. That game cost me around 800 in winnings, so it was pretty hard. Well, a good nights sleep helped wear off the pain and hopefully today I can get back on track.
Texas Rangers -135 over the Detroit Tigers
It took the Rangers 14 innings yesterday to get the win, but they did yesterday in Detroit. I expect today to be a different type of game and both teams need it after wearing their bullpens thin yesterday. The Rangers send Tommy Hunter to the mound who has been great this year going 6-0 with a 2.39 era. In his last outing vs Boston he went 6 and 2/3 and give up 2 runs in a 7-2 win. The Rangers have won 13 of 16 on the road and look to extend this streak today. The Tigers counter with Armando Galarraga who is 3-2 with a 4.45 era. After his near perfect game he has been anything, but perfect. In his last start in the first of July he was hit for 3 runs and 10 hits and then the Tigers decided to send him to Triple AAA to see if he could regain some magic. This is a little bit of a price, but the pitching matchup favors the Rangers. Take the small price here.
San Francisco Giants +105 over the Los Angeles Dodgers
I really thought this game would be a pick em game and I was suprised to see San Francisco a small dog here in this spot. The Giants send their ace to the mound in Tim Lincecom. Lincecom started the season in not so normal fashion for him, but lately is getting into form. He is 10-4 with a 2.94 era on the season. In his last start he didn't allow a run and only gave up 6 sixs and pitched a complete game in the 2-0 win against the Mets. He has only given up 1 run over his last 16 innings and has only walked 3 in that time frame. He is 3-1 with a 3.02 era in his career against the Dodgers. The Giants are playing well to winning 10 of their last 12. The dodgers send Clayton Kershaw to the mound who has been great also going 9-5 with a 3.16 era this season. Kershaw has pitched well, but coming off his worst start of the season giving up 8 hits and 5 runs in 4 and 1/3 innings against the Cardinals. He will try to bounce back, but it will be hard against a streaking team with a excellent pitcher on the mound. Take the plus money here on the Giants

Good luck today hope it goes well.

bit hesitant on Texas, Detroit has only lost one series at home this year and that was way back in early April...
