I don't know. Phils are playing losing ball right now. They miss Utley already. Too many hackers swinging for the fences. Their 7th inning today encapsulated what's wrong with them right now, and I don't feel real comfortable backing Hamels, who always makes me nervous.

Guys, chasing with the mentality that a team won't get swept is NEVER the right thing to do. It's the rules of simple variance, to think a team, any team, can't lose 3 or 4 games in a row is simply idiotic. I'm not saying the Cubs will sweep Philly in this four game set, I'm just saying that it is obviously a possibility. I expect the Cubs to have a far better second half and maybe even make a run at the division. They could be within 5 games of first by the end of the month which would make things far from over. That being said, Hamels has has success against the Cubs lineup, aside from Theriot and Soriano. I would lean Chicago if Polanco doesn't return, but if he does this will almost certainly be a pass for me. Gl with whatever you play guys.
