Anybody using this system (Streak System) for bases?

    2010 Baseball Streak System
So each of the last 3 years I have done a baseball system that operates based on win and loss streaks. Anyone who has bet baseball has probably heard or tried this system. After all baseball is a game of streaks and this system is very successful. A win streak is considered 3 in a row and vice versa.

Heres how it works: (ALL ARE MONEYLINE)

Scenario #1 Any team that is on a 3 game win streak, bet to win 1 unit on them
Scenario #2 Any team that is on a 3 game losing streak, bet to win 1 unit AGAINST them
Scenario #3 If any 2 teams play, 1 on a 3 game winning streak, 1 on a 3 game losing streak, bet to win 2 units on the team with the winning streak
Scenario #4 (added this last year and it was successful) If the home team is on a 3 game win streak, and the road team is on a 3 game losing streak, bet to win 3 units on the winning streak

    * if at any time a team win a 3 game win streak is faces another on a 3 game win streak, NO BET. And same for losing streaks.

Also, there was another system when you play on a team (winning streak 2+) versus a team on a losing streak.

I like the idea of "momentum" plays, but I would incorporate it with other factors (ie favorable pitching matchups and price parameters to avoid huge favs). Continued GL to you.

Same here, like the idea, but would not blindly bet it... currently checking out LONG losing streaks and what tends to happen after it breaks for last 10y with different factors involved

I used a system kinda like that, that involved 3 game win streaks and top 20 pitchers.

Those are the kind of systems I farted around with 20 years ago before I learned how to bet. Part of the learning curve I suppose. Those sorts of things don't work. You have to learn to cap the game that is right in front of you.

You think this way because you don't have a winning system

three games win or lose has always been a big number... but I would guess by now the books have already adjusted to it...years ago.. But I may take a look...

Be careful with that system Sawyer. I've been watching teams that lost 2 or more gms
in a row. The teams that lost are winning at over 60%. I've only been tracking for a month.
Not a good sample but, on paper, it's earned over 55 units. Lost 9 out of 30 days.

I'll bet on the team that lost 2 or more gms. No chasing. You'll get good odds on
+RL and ML. I use Plusline Sports old 66-33 system. $20 total wager will look like this,
$13.40 on the low odds and $6.60 on the high odds of the team that lost 2 or more.

I've been adding a few live bets on good teams like Boston, Tampa, NY etc. and winning.

Yes I have used it on underdogs but not totals. And I have been working it a different way based on starting pitchers at home and it has been doing very good

you'll get killed betting only a three game streak over the long term. we use martingale after very long streaks and that system has worked for us for many years.

Guys, a friend of mine performed a backtesting for system above and we saw that it wasn't profitable over long haul. However, I have no idea about other system (when you play on a winning-streak team versus losing streak team). I remember I saw a post in SBR about it. Somebody said some peope are playing only this system in bases but I can't remember who posted it?
