Well, Yesterday was not so good. The day before was awesome and then yesterday was pretty much the opposite. Its funny how sports and espically baseball will do that to you. One day you can't pick a loser and the next day you can't pick a winner to save your life. I had pick the Giants plus 1.5 and well that did not happen as Cain next did get on track and was rocked. The other game was the Angels which did hang on to win for me. I also had tampa on the Rl which was a loss. I had the rangers which I dont even want to talk about and the angels under which did not happen. So the up and down continues and if my luck continues this way, then today should be a good day. So lets get started.
Los Angeles Angels +109 over the Oakland A's
They were one of my few wins yesterday and today I like them even more. They stopped their losing streak yesterday and hopefully got back on track. Kazmire is 7-8 with a 6 era this year so he has not been what he was back in Tampa. He has been awesome though against Oakland in his career going 5-1 with a 1.49 era. He was good in his last start for the first 5 innings only giving up 2 runs then he fell off the wagon and got rocked the next 2. His only start against Oakland this year he got the win and gave up 1 run in 6 and 2/3 innings. Ben Sheets will take the mound for Oakland and he and the A's are slumping. He is 1-5 with a 4.11 era in his last 11 starts and he has not been the pitcher this year that Oakland thought he would be when he signed the contract. Sheets is 0-1 with a 4.50 era against this angels this year and was beat once by Kazmir. I think this line will move toward a pickem before game time. The over 8.5 looks tempting here also.
Boston Red Sox (even) over the Toronto Blue Jays
When I looked at this I could not believe the Red Sox were dogs here. This line scares me some when I see this, but I will bite here. The sox rocked the jays yesterday and will look for their 8 straight win in Toronto against the Jays. Lacky is 9-4 with a 4.40 era this year and got the loss in the his last start giving up 3 runs over 7.2 innings. He is hoping they give him the run support today that Lester got yesterday. If they are going get the runs they have to do it off Brendon Morrow who has pitched well this season. He had a string 7 games in a row with less then 3 runs before being hammered by the Yankees in his last start giving up 5 runs and 9 hits in 6 innings. It looks like Boston has their offense on target while the Jays continue to struggle. They have one game where they hit homers, but right now they look way to inconsistant to me. Take plus here on the Sox
Good luck guys and lets go 2-0
