I'm a Yanks fan and I hope they don't do it....no need to rent when you can own outright in 4 months. I would rather the Yankees get Ichiro...dude would be bigger than Matsui ever was and that's saying alot. Ichiro has suffered long enough and deserves a shot at the post season, and the Yanks could use the bat.
