really thought reds would win yesterday. such a sloppy game. cant get down a bunt that leads to a pop up double play. i dont know what dusty was thinking in the 9th. 2 on nobody out and doesn't bunt guys over. only to lose in the 13th.

i will chase the reds with leake and hopefully blanton doesnt bring his game

Taking the Reds tonight. Leake is in a good spot tonight facing a Phils line up that is not nearly as good as the last time he faced them due to all of the Phils injuries.

In current form, Blanton and Leake look pretty even to me. Their last pitching duel was just over a week ago and Leake was taken for 6 runs off 6 IP. I think it's gonna be Phillies to win in another close one. Just my opinion but good luck to all

That inning was a nightmare...Baker cost's his team about 10-12 games a season.

i know.... what was really funny was when Leake gave up his home run he was laughing.... like oh well, just get 2 more outs and its over.... Cordero is the worst closer..... 94 mph fastball with no other pitches and cant find the zone most nights. what a mess. glad the Cards are sucking right now.

the fact that leake doesnt need many runs anyway is also a positive thing,but dont count phillie out yet ,they can put them on the board in a hurry
