Anyone know how often sweeps happen after a team wins the first 2 games?

Most series are 3 games. When one team wins the first 2 games of the series, does anyone know the percentage the sweep occurs? I know there are some 4 game series so those sweeps are harder but does anyone know if this happens more than 50 percent? My mind tells me getting swept is hard but I am talking about a team losing the 1st 2 games in a series and then the 3rd and final game.

Wow so its 52 percent or so. I am pretty surprised it is over 50 percent. I really thought the team to get the sweep was below it. Where did you find this statistic?

That surprises me too... I would have thought it was closer to 30 %. makes you rethink chasing.
