Look at what Pujols did -- or didn't do -- tonight. Now you're getting Carp at big plus money off a horrible game by Albert and the Cards are trying to avoid the sweep. Just crazy enough that I like it.

like i told you before series started NC, i dont think i can back STL against Col they always have our number it seems...unreal that all a sudden we scoring and now the pen falls apart, all year the pitching has won us games, our record when we scored 3 runs or more was top notch and we scored a low number a bunch......

Not sure I want to touch this game today. I like Carp as a dog in this situation but I just don't trust his pen. The Cards pen has been taxed heavy in this series & I think The Rocks have a huge mental edge over them. If anything I would lean towards the over. It's low at 7-7.5. Neither pitcher has been lights out lately & Carp is 62% to the over on the road & around 70% to the over in day games. With the way the Cards are hitting now & how terrible Jimenez has looked I think 7 is based on reputation. Also maybe a Cards FF bet is the way to go as well. I could see another early Cards lead with a bullpen melt down.
