Any reason for the Met play. Yes they have an amazing record at home, however, the Reds are also a first place team. On paper Arroyo is better than Niese.

As a die hard Met fan I would not touch the Mets in this spot. Sure the Mets are great at home but they haven't played all that well yesterday. The bats were dead yesterday and Johan bailed them out. They played like shit in Washington and Puerto Rico before coming home. Now they go up against Arroyo who has their number. Neise is a very good pitcher for them. I wouldn't touch this game though, just flip a coin. If anything the value is on the Reds.

don't back the mets tonight. arroyo will do better than struggler niese. i really like reds ML. the only thing that makes me worry is that takahashi is in the bullpen tonight. so the reds need run support before 7th/8th

Niese is 5-0 in his last six starts. Only struggle in there was against Detroit, and he could afford that one. Outside of that, he's been excellent lately. On the Mets tonight to nab the rubber game. Reds are a first place team, but it's not by virtue of winning series like this one.

Thanks for the comments fellas.....I have a personal system I use for my plays, so like I said the Mets come up tonight. It's a small 1 unit play, so nothing big.
