Love it. Cahill is on the mound; continues to fly under the radar as one of the most steady SP's in baseball. CC's been on fire lately, but he's also been average at best on the road (4.21 ERA) and his last two starts @OAK (1-1, 6 R, 7 BB in 16 IP) haven't been anything special (he's traditionally gotten rocked there).

Cahill has a 1.35 home ERA.

yea i know it does make it look appealing but w/o looking it seems to me col has always gave us problems... Francis has been bad but he is still a lefty something we have been known to struggle with, i like Hawksworth as well but he still has a tendency to leave some pitches up that get crushed, i gotta think about it some more and go check a few things out....

actually it looks better the more i look at it.....Livan hasnt had any of those games at home and on the other end Richard's worst games have been at home, Livan faced these guys once this year and did well and also a good start against them the end of last year...curious to see what the line does but dont wanna get screwed and have to play it at 7 either.....

Oak is a good play here...We know NYY is not sweeping OAK so it's either today with Cahill Oak wins or its Tomorrow they do it...but CC's record isn't too good against Oak so today and tomorrow look pretty good to me

Yanks will be flat after flight and opening win. They can still win game but it should be a challenge with Cahill pitching. I think A's is worth a shot.
