Everyone in here should be thanking the Padres and Cubs for their performance thus far, because they give us a clear edge or advantage as to how to bet on the ML:

Tail the Padres = Make Money!
Fade the Cubs = Make Money!

Now, teams that are in the middle are no good for sports-betters, because we can't really tail them since they don't really make us a good profit, nor can we really fade them, because they don't lose all that much. So, they are unpredictable, and therefore give us no clear advantage or edge as to how to bet.

Past results is no guarantee for future results, but like with all streaks, tail or fade a team until the streak has clearly ended. The Padres are clearly streaking right now in a good way, and so tail them, and the Cubs are clearly streaking right now in a bad way, and so fade them. Likewise, tail the Rangers and fade the Orioles.
