    David Wright and Robinson Cano
Possible that MVP AL + NL both end up in NY?

Wright has a .300 BA, is top 10 in the NL in OBP has 14 HR 61 RBI (Leads NL, 3 behind ML Leader Miguel Cabrera) 13 Stolen Bases and the Mets are back in Playoff Contention. On Pace for 30 Homers and what would be a career high 133 RBI.

Top Competition : Albert Pujols STL, Andre Either LAD, Adrian Gonzalez SD, Ubaldo Jimenez COL

Cano - Batting an insane .359 which eventually will come down to earth a little. But Cano has saved the yankees, Texiera's lack of production is being saved by Cano's 15 Homers and 53 RBI. He is on a pace for 32 Homers 114 RBI and the Yankees have the best record in baseball.

Top Competition : Miguel Cabrera DET, Justin Morneau MIN, Josh Hamilton TEX

Thoughts on the MVP races even though its early..

Yea Wright is a choke artist. Watch a couple of Mets game, and see how many times he strikes out with bases juiced.

Missing a step and leading the NL in RBI, impressive.
But yes April and May he looked like he had a fear of the inside pitch but i think he's over it now and he's really turned it on in June and just set a record yesterday with most interleague play RBI in a single season.

i think for cano to win it, it depends on if the tigers(cabrera) win the central or not...for wright it will prob be harder if the mets fade..im sure pujols wil have a big second half
