if you're just going to bet ML's, i would have a max juice to lay. Betting crazy juice will mak eyou a loser in the long rung. You're better off betting a few dogs or -115 to -125 than betting the sure thing -170 +

bet -1 instead of -1.5.

Split the bet up equally between the ML and the RL. You still cut down the juice somewhat. During interleague the faves have absolutely ruled. Unfortunately, Dog bettors have been getting killed during IL this year.

You would be better laying 1.5 runs on an away team if you like to play those runlines, or even better play the +1.5 alternate runline with the team you were initially going to lay -1.5 runs. The juice is high, but you can have your fav lose by 1 and still win. Home teams only need that 1 run to win and then it's over.
