This line looks high to me.Mets are good @ home,Niese last 3 starts 1.57 ERA WHIP OF 0.783. Verlander last 3 2.86 ERA and WHIP of 1.045. Both teams are 8-2 last 10. But METS have lost 2 in a row. So why are the Tigers -130 ? I would of think the line about a pick. I think DET. is the play here, what do you guys think.??

verlander always draws money that is why the line is higher than it should be. only problem for me backing the mets is that the tigers are winning. i know them mets are gold at home but they won't win 80% of their home games. i do everything in my power never to bet a road favorite. for me no bet, but i would lean under if anything. good luck!

Like it tonight Capp. Niese is not as good as he has been pitching lately. He's an average pitcher who has been overacheiving recently. I don't think he continues this run tonight. Seems like the thinking is the Mets are hot, they're a home dog, Neise is hot, I'll take the Mets. Usually I like the home dog but not tonight. I'm backing the better pitcher & team in this one.

If you're 'needing' another stat, check out the Tigers last 40 or so inter-league games; it's mind blowing. To me, I believe you've identified the correct victorious team but if you have time try to look up the numbers for both teams. Posted or not, I normally have at least three wagers involving DET per game. with action tonight.

Sure, you can say teams are great in interleague, but that doesnt matter when it comes to matchups. Detroit was struggling before a series of wins last week. They are back to struggling again where Mets are coming off some momentum.

Bottom line, Mets are great at home this season! Detroit is an inconsistent team and they just did not look like the right play today. METS FTW
