Yesteday was a very slow day in baseball. I ended up going 2-1 and was 1 run away in the Kansas City game going 3-0. I am glad i decided to take the over in the Yankees-Diamonbacks game instead of taking the Yankees Run line. I knew the game would go over, I just didn't think it would be Arizona scoring all the runs, but a win is a win and that is all that matters. So today we have a full card and lets get the picks started.

San Francisco Giants -140 over the Houston Astros
What a great pitching matchup we have here. I give the edge to the Giants even though Lincecum has not been his self as of late. He has been wild in his last few starts. In his last start against Baltimore he allowed 4 walks but was able to pitch out of trouble and get the win. Even though he is having trouble he is still 7-2 with a 3.11 era. Oswalt has pitched well besides for his win loss record. The astros just don't have the offense to give their pitchers run support. Lee has been a dissapointment this year and berkman can't do it allow. I do expect a very low scoring game here and the first team to the bullpen probably will lose. I expect lincecum to get back on track against Houston and get his eighth victory tonight.
Toronto Blue Jays -105 over the St. Louis Cardinals
I think Toronto is on the most underrated teams in baseball. Playing in the east with Tampa Bay,Yankees, and Boston, The Blue Jays get left out of most conversations. They are 38-32 this year and even without Holliday have a great Pitching staff. Tonight they send one of their bright young pitchers to the mound in Cecil. Cecil is 7-3 with a 3.58 era. He stuggled in his last start against San Diego but should bounce back. The jays lead the league in Home runs and tonight face Jamie Garcia who does not like to give up home runs. He is stingy in that catagory. I am not sold on the Cardinals offense and that should be the difference in the game. I expect to see this line move a little making the Jays the favorite because of where the game is played so get it early.
Minnesota Twins -122 over the Milwaukee Brewers
I love this game here in this spot. Minnesota has won 6 straight road series and this one should be no different. The brewers have been on of the most under achieving teams in baseball this year. Minnesota is doing what they do every year. They win and stay under the radar and just keep on doing what they do best. Naverson has stuggled for the brewers this year after replacing Suppan in the lineup. Baker has not been Cy young but he has been getting better as the season going on and getting a lot of strikeouts. I like the over here too if you want to go that direction, but i think this is a great number on this game.
Good luck today and lets get some more wins
