NBA record starting 1st round of playoffs remains 17-1.

Early plays for Saturday:

Yankees-- if they are gonna lose to the Astros, it will be today, but I believe the Yank bats will show up and dominate.

Red Sox-- they blew the Phillies out of the water last night, and today they return to say "we weren't kidding."

Cubs-- They bounce back tonight, and BIG!! White Sox are gonna look to give Silva his first loss, but I expect Silva to show up on the mound with a "You talkinna me?!" attitude.

mariners and rays bounce back tonight. a lot of people are riding the mariners, so that scares me. i'm playing them small. garza has been a dissappointment, but i think he will step up for the rays tonight. i'm locking them down. to wrap up the trilogy, i'm going with the giants to handle the a's in a revenge effort for a sweep since the a's sweeped 'em during their last go.
