Plays for June 10
I really like Cincinnati in the early game for a few different reasons. Leake against Wellemeyer is a good matchup for the Reds even if you only look at the overall numbers of the pitchers. Look at the numbers closer though and it gets even better. Leake has an ERA of 0.44 over his last three starts, his only problem being his lack of run support. That problem should be solved by Wellemeyer who has an ERA of 10.62 and BAA of .305 on the road this season. Cincinnati is hitting .287 at home this year with the added bonus of tomorrow being about 85 degrees, so the ball should carry well. Since Leake is a groundball pitcher and Wellemeyer is a flyball pitcher having the ball carry is a good thing.

We all know anything can happen, look at Boston yesterday. On paper though, it doesn't really get much better than this. I'll be playing the runline because of the big difference between the ML. When I have some plays for the rest of the games, I'll post them.

Cincinnati -1.5 +129

I hope so!

I'm also looking at Toronto, San Diego and Texas but I have a few more things to check.

and dont forget SF travels back home after the game to face the A's, which swept them the last time they met, so perfect look ahead scenario here, plus CIN stays at home to face lovely KC, come one they have no reason to not be focused and at leased split the series here.

Good call Peter. If I were in Cincinnati, I'd probably be looking forward to getting back to California too. No offense to anyone from Cincinnati.
