    ML Fav and RL Dog???
    I don't understand why the Cards are -120 ML and -225 +1.5 ????

If they are the favorite to win the game, why would they be getting the Dog Runline?
Never seen this before, just wanted to ask those who are more knowledgable.
    Thanks!

Just take the Royals @ +160 and stop worrying about these coin flip games...

Because when the lines came out STL was a slight dog With some people getting them at +105. Sharp bettors saw that they could get Wainwright an +money and hammered it. Happens frequently on teams that come out as dogs and then public money drives the line the other way. So now STL is the slight favorite but the RL has not caught up to the ML yet. They will probably be -1.5 well before game time. Nothing unusual.

Those are very rare. When I see that, I jump all over it. They win about 90%.
I'm on it for 10 units.

This happens occasionally when a team opens up as a dog and then becomes a small favorites, they some times leave the Run Line as is and just adjust the juice.

Basically just an alternate run line.
