i dont know if KC has a better lineup.. A's are def playing better ball right now and their pitching has been solid all year..

Bullpen matchup

The Royals bullpen has pitched a LOT of innings lately.

A word of caution to anyone following this play. I can afford to lose 10% of my bank. Don't go crazy on this unless you can afford it. I am a gambler who likes taking calculated shots. I win more of them than I lose.

Anyway, striking out 14 hitters in 5 2/3 innings means 14 strikeouts out of 17 batters faced, that isn't a fluke.

Something happened to Scherzer when he was in the minors.

If you had posted this pearl of wisdom BEFORE the game started....

one game is not a miserable year.

Scherzer just fooled me that's all. From everything I saw and read he had some mechanical problems with his delivery early on that he fixed. Obviously that isn't the case. Like i said it was a calculated risk.

Curious, The Tigers have been single handedly screwing me all week,it will be a while before i can play them again,thought the pitching matchup was lopsided,I still dont like Chen I will play agianst him in his next start.Royals do have a good lineup 2nd best team BA in the league at .278,The A's r 15th BA 257.
