In all honesty the over is probably the best play here, but since I hate playing over/under I am taking Baltimore. +290 is just too ridiculous, and as far as I can recall I sincerely think I see these types of plays hit at a decent clip... much better than +290 would warrant.

Hughes has been pitching well this year but has come down to earth a bit lately...
