    Jimenez......
Is flithy..128 pitches thrown in the game, a 4 hitter, and 3-1 SU against the Mullet Man Lincecum......

I’m actually beginning to run out of words really to describe not only the excellence but the dominance in which this guy is pitching up to this point— 10-1, 0.78 ERA and tomorrow is the first of June. Enough said,” Tracy said. “He’s as good as it gets for two months. We’re going to play for four more months and we’ll see.”

2nd in the league in innings pitched and 1st in fewest runs allowed. Pretty astounding.

Until he throws a perfect game, he is still average.

            J/King, this guy is awesome.

The Fade Starts Soon... look at who he's pitched against. I'm skeptical about what will happen against good offensive teams.

I mean he was barely a .500 pitcher for his career coming into the year and now 10-1 and an ERA of 0.78? What gives? What changed?

You've got to be kidding me. He's absolutely destroying these teams. It's not like he's hanging on by the edge of his seat.

the stuff has always been there but he has command of his pitches now, that is what has changed and catapulted this guy into the elite

Confidence (since the no-hitter) and better command. Plus he's maturing quickly, remember his "career" is only 2 complete seasons. He struggled with walks his first two seasons, now he is pitching smarter. He doesn't get wild and start challenging guys as much.
