    MLB SUNDAY NIGHT GOM
The Twins try for a fourth straight victory Sunday, while looking to sweep the Texas Rangers for the first time in almost 3 years. Minnesota has been unstoppable at home winning 27 out of their last 38 home games. Minnesota will hope to get a solid start from Scott baker as he tries to avoid his thirs straight loss. Baker was struggling early in the season, but has made so adjustments and impovments. He was pitching well in his last start throwing 5 scoreless innings against the Yankees but was short lived as the game was suspended due to rain and the Twins lost the next day in the finish up 0-1. Baker has been winless in his last 3 starts posting a 4.24 ERA. he has a 3-1 reord at Target Feild this season with a 3.31 ERA s the Twins have won 3 of his five starts at TArget Feold this year. Overall Baker is 4-4 with a 4.48 ERA and it has been a battle for Baker against the Rangers posting a 2-2 record with 5.25 ERA in 6 apperances.
Derek Holland will make his third start of the season since being calle dup from Triple-A Oklahoma City on May 12th. Holland has a major problem last year as he struggles on the road posting a 1-7 record in hostile territory. From 8/26/09 to 9/30/09, Holland allowed 6 runs or more 4 of those 7 games posting a 1-6 record in those 7 games. But a trip to Triple-A seems to have paid off for the Rangers as Holland has been on his game pitching 6 or more innings in 2 of his 3 starts of this season allowing 3 runs or less in all of his starts, including a 6 inning shut-out against the Athletics on his first trip to the hill this season, but the test will be tonight as he makes his first road trip of the season, where he had problems last year but, Holland has had 2 career starts at Target Feild in his career posting a 1-0 record with a 3.86 ERA. This play also fails into my therory of struggling situations for pitchers( Holland 1-7 in his last 8 road games). It's hard enough beating a team 3 times in a row but four is even tougher

    TEXAS RANGERS +126

    good luck everyone who follows

I am with you on this play; but I cannot understand your play sheet though--cardinals won and mariners are winning with the game still undecided
