I agree. This is one of my biggest beefs I have with MLB managers. I as a spectator seem to be more aware of when a pitcher is done and should be pulled, then a manager of a ballclub who in most instances was a player at one time. Something isn't right. It is so obvious when a pitcher is done yet they are left in until the damage is too much to fix. It seems like they don't give a sh*t about winning the game sometimes.

That's what gets me, when they don't yank these pitchers soon enough. They let them stay in until the game is out of reach. If a manager let's them stay in for that long, they might as well keep the pitcher in to finish the game and not waste anyone from bull pen.
