Matusz: youthful brainiac lefty w/deceptive delivery reminiscent of jared weaver, records outs, spells his name in odd manner, relative total unknown


take couple of pitchers like this against these piss-poor offenses & you got yourself a bona fide pitchers duel.

Took a bad beat last night on fishies "under" play, and I noticed the books dropped the o/u tonight despite scrub Nate Robertson starting for the fishies. Seriously brah, Nate's gonna be gone from the rotation by the all-star break. Even in the NL this guy can barely maintain a sub-5 ERA. Tonight's number on this game pretty much solidifies the fact that oddsmakers effed up last night's number big time.
