Run differential chase

i am going to start taking the best run differential team (at time of series chase) at home regardless of odds. i will concede entire bankroll ($1000) if i lose. i couldn't find a loss in the past few years doing it this way. i will look at series and assume -175 to -200 per game and bet % of bankroll accordingly. right now it is tampa by a longshot so let's see where we go

I think he pretty much described what the system was. Take the home team that has the better run differential then the opposing team.

Interesting good luck...just have a money management system in place that protects you because juice will often be above -200.

Just out of curiosity are you looking at:

-just Home teams run diff
-Home teams run diff vs Visiting team run Diff
-Home teams runs scored vs visiting teams runs scored

this is not my system but I will assume this is how it goes. thebestthereis can correct me if I am wrong. So lets look at Tampa and the Red Sox's series coming up. Tampa has a RD of +96 as of today. Red Sox's have a RD of -7 as of today. So we have a difference of 103 runs. Now you would figure up the rest of the series and see which home team has the biggest RD and that would be the play.

overall run diff when that team is playing at home. you can expand to top 3 (like yankees, philly as example) but i am sticking to #1. with a $1000 bank i can start with maybe 10% max on A bet cause i must assume this team will be large favs. yes it will be boston on deck for sure. the opponent doesn't matter but the team must be at home and the next series they play they must be #1 run differential team (tampa is #1 by far right now). here we go starting monday baby! sox should take at least one by that isn't what i am looking at.

i knew boston would win of these 3 but that isn't what i was trying to accomplish. here we go rays game 2. i used $100 last night and lost $130. tonight we risk $265 to the $100 + $130. rays only -115 but lester in my opinion is the best lefty in the american league. good luck!
