That is definitely true, but the decisions he made were stupid. Absolutely no reason to send Lincoln out. It was an easier game plan letting Herrera or Fisher close the game out and if they got into trouble have Rhodes or Masset ready. Dusty Baker is a stats person and not a wins guy. He loves to give pitcher's that extra inning and trying to get them the win instead of the team a win. Same deal here he wanted Lincoln to get a save since it has been 7 years since his last. Dusty has a great resume in Cincinnati of stupid decisions.
