John Ely, Dodger pitcher, future star

John Ely is going to be a stud. The pace in which he works reminds me of Greg Maddux. He gets the ball from the catcher and is ready to work. No horsing around with the resin bag or any of that junk. He gets' the ball, he throws the ball. Plus he's got pinpoint control. Ned Colleti STOLE this guy from the White Sox for Juan Pierre.

I like him a lot.

I really like this kid, too. I was extremely impressed with him when he shut down the Brewers last week.
