I can bet the ML at my 2 books but no runline why is that??? What would hold it up and any idea when it would be available? Theres no O/U available either.

The former because of the latter. O/U is indicative of how close a game will be and hence how valuable +1.5 runs are. I think.

The wind forecast is most likely. Currently, according to SBRodds blowing out to CF at 7mph. If it picks up or changes direction it could change the total significantly.
