Wind is blowing in from the NE at 10-15 mph which is in. But if you watched the game yesterday the runs were mostly scored by singles, doubles and walks which makes the wind irrelevant. If the game today has 27 hits as it did yesterday then it will go over 8 even if the wind is blowing in at 40 mph.
