Keep it simple 2010 MLB picks

I've been so caught up trying to make systems, playing big favorites with stupid chase systems, and over complicating the issue, I am now wondering what would happen if I just made picks.
I am tired of big fav's so I will be looking for value from here on out in these lines, and tracking my record.

I can't promise anything as this is a first for me in MLB, hopefully some beginners luck.

Input is greatly appreciated.

Today I see value in the Phillies and will make that my top play.
I would love Atlanta in this spot if it weren't for their starting pitcher being 0 - 6 with a 5.73 ERA, at least Atlanta has the better bullpen and maybe can pull it out in late innings.
Also thinking about Florida but their bullpen has not been so hot as of late, so maybe a first 5 inning play on them.

I like the Phillies as well today. I was leaning towards the Mets, but I think it's too close to call for that one. Also staying away from the ATL game. Both of those teams are too "up and down" right now. Good luck tho..

I am taking a stab with ATL and FLA.

Florida's bullpen has be struggling as of late and is why I am playing first five, besides Oliver Perez is garbage.
Atlanta is a fun little play for me with huge odds and is why I am risking little amount. Kawikami is terrible but Atlanta has been hot as of late, and Arizona is in a funk losing 6 straight, so I figure why not.

Liking Atlanta a lot today but odds are too big so maybe another RL play on them.
Also like the value in the Yankees and Phillies, Chicago White Sox are a borderline play for me as well, not sure what to do there.

Loving the play on the Marlins so I'll use that as my top money grab.
Still pondering the Phillies Run Line, they are such a solid team and have been good to me.

1 - 1 last night with the Braves coming through for me but San Diego dropping the game late last night.
There are a few games I like for today and would like some feedback If you don't mind.

1. WHY IS SAN FRANSISCO at +155 when they are clearly the better team?
2. Love a big time play on the PHILLIES, just debating if I should also take Run Line
3. I want to take a shot with TAMPA BAY just because of the great odds.
4. I also like TORONTO, WASHINGTON, COLORADO


Phillies and San Fran are a MUST (IMO). Thoughts on any or all of these games would be greatly appreciated.
