    New York @ Boston
New York's A.J. Burnett (4-0, 1.99 ERA) will make his way to the rubber where he faces J.Lester.. A.J. Burnett has been solid this season with a 1.99 ERA and 1.16 WHIP through six starts and he is coming off two straight outings where he allowed no runs.
Tuesday against Balty he won 4-1. The veteran went 7 1/3 innings, yielding an unearned run on five hits with two walks and eight strikeouts. The 33-year-old is off to the best start of his career after throwing 68 of his 107 pitches for strikes.

Boston hurler Jon Lester (2-2, 3.93 ERA) started the season slowly, but has now strung together back-to-back victories to even his record.
Lester is 3-1 with a 4.19 ERA in nine career starts against the Yankees after picking up a no-decision against them April 6.

Veteran umpire Tim McClelland has seen the ‘under' go 4-3-1 in eight assignments behind the dish. There has been an average of 9.1 runs per game with 5.6 walks and 13.3 strikeouts.

Sunday's forecast calls for gusty winds at 20 to 30 miles per hour, with a high of 58 degrees and a low of 39.

I'm making a gutsy call here & playing on the total even though the "over" has cashed in most of the time....

Burnett historically struggles at Fenway. Not surprised by the result.

I have bet on Burnett 5 times now and all 5 times I lost! And you know what? Those 5 losses were the Yankees' last 5 losses with Burnett! Whenever I bet on Burnett, the Yankees always lose.
