Silva has pitched well and i believe Bailey is much better than he has shown...Neither team has been scoring many runs lately (especially if you throw out the cubs wind series vs zona, which i do)...Cubs scored a combined 5 runs against pit so if Bailey is gonna get right now would be the time (he is not a 7+ era pitcher), i expect Silva to pitch well enough to keep his team in it, these two squared off once and the result was a 5-4 game pushing the total as it was 9 in that 1 as well, i expect them both to be better tonight and keep this total under...wind is blowing out i believe and the over is being hit at a pretty high clip yet the line isnt going up and is in fact getting juiced to take the under, sounds like a winner to me...gl to everyone whatever you play tonight
