too early to hedge?

at the start of the series i had taken Cleveland at +142, should i hedge this with the series coming back to fenway? i had bet $100 for $142.

it might be too late as on a game basis i'm sure boston will be favored in game 7 if there is one...
i do not know what lines are available for series bet at this time. i do know you could have taken boston at plus money while they were in cleveland, thus assuring yourself of a profit
