Cards and Penny overpriced tonight.

Penny has been doing well but i feel he is heading into a tough stretch. Kendrick has had some bad outings this season but im gonna take him tonight and hope he avoids that bad inning. The WHIP's in the last 3 games indicate that Kendrick is getting better and Penny tailing off a bit. Expect the philly bats to hammer him tonight.
