"You'll Never Walk Alone" Baseball Picks Thread!
Right, let me start by staying im new to all the Baseball stuff. Ive always had a basic grasp of the sport, but never really watched it with me being English. I often bet on other American sports, Basketball, Ice Hockey and obviously Football but never considered Baseball until the other day. I was simply bored and decided to have a flutter..

Ive followed the forum ever since and have actually been making a very nice profit from it, so thanks! Over the last few days ive carried on this form by making my own Tips and not following advice, so i thought i would start a thread of my own in order to share ideas.

When making my own tips i use the same logic as when im making my Soccer picks. For example, only picking home teams who are on good form, playing against supposedly weaker opposition who aren't playing the best. It is important at this point to bare in mind that my logic of Baseball is limited, and im not fully aware of which teams are currently under/over achieving, and, also, im not entirely sure as to whose meant to be a good pitcher/batter for each individual team. Perhaps my success is actually down to be being naive, because, in a sense, i'm not over thinking the games. I know from Soccer betting that the heart can sometimes over-rule the head!

So anyway, my tips for today would be as follows: (the odds are in decimal form im afraid)

    Washington Nationals RL 1.5 - 2.60
    New York Yankees RL 1.5 - 1.80
    Boston Red Sox RL 1.5 - 2.00
    Minnesota Twins RL 1.5 - 2.50
    Chicago White Sox RL 1.5 - 2.10
    San Diego Padres RL 1.5 - 2.20

Ive only been betting one unit on each selection as im still not knowledgeable enough to determine which bets offer the best value. I also have been betting solely on the RL, as opposed to the ML because it seems, to me, teams winning by only one run is quite rare(last night for example i think there was only 1), or at least it has been over the last week. I have only been found out once doing this, but overall ive made a much bigger profit.

    Thoughts and advice welcome! Thankyou.
