seems interesting to me that the books really havent adjusted to peavy yet. a total for the kc game at 9 seems low, especially considering meche is the other pitcher (struggling bigtime). Thats my big unit play for the day, over 9

Peavy claims to have found a flaw in his mechanics and he's working on it. Peavy actually threw really well last start after the 1st inning. After the 1st, he didn't give up a hit until the 7th inning.

As much as people think Peavy is overrated because of his time at petco, there is no denying he has better stuff than most pitchers in the league. The fact that he pitched at petco didn't help him put up 3 straight 215+ strikeout seasons. If its not an injury related problem than I believe him when he says he has found a flaw and I'm looking for Peavy to have his best start of the year tonight.
