    World Series: Rockies at Cleveland
Sorry Red Sox fans, but your team is not going to pull off another miracle run like they did against the Yankees 3 years ago. Series starts next week in Cleveland. I don't think the layoff is going to affect the Rockies. I think whoever wins the first 2 games will win the series. If they split the first 2 games, then I think the series could go 6 or 7 games which will be in Cleveland. The Rockies haven't lost a game since last month but I think Cleveland has to be the favorite here.

In the immortal words of Lee Corso, "Not so fast my friend!"

The Red Sox have Beckett on the mound Thursday, and if they win, last two games (if necessary) are in Fenway. Boston comeback is far from impossible, and it would not be considered a miracle in this case.

Assuming the Rockies do in fact play the Tribe I like Colorado in 5 or 6 games.

I'm not counting Boston out at all. Cleveland better win Game 5, or this is a 50/50 series IMO.

If Beckett can come up big again and get this back to Boston, the Sox still have a great shot at winning this series. Boston's a completely different team at Fenway. Of course, if Francona would wake up and put Ellsbury in the lineup, replacing Coco, they would have an even better shot, but that's a different story.

This should be Boston's lineup Thursday:

            1. Ellsbury - CF
            2. Pedroia - 2B
            3. Ortiz - DH
            4. Manny - LF
            5. Lowell - 3B
            6. Youkilis - 1B
            7. Kielty - RF (9/29 w/ 2 HR of C.C. Francona's already said Kielty will start)
            8. Varitek - C
            9. Lugo - SS

Ellsbury's speed at the top of the lineup would be a huge addition, and it allows the Sox to move Pedroia to the 2-spot, where he's more comfortable, as well as moving Youkilis down in the order to better balance out the bottom of the lineup.

Rockies might lose a couple, (including Game 1) against the Tribe, but they're on a roll...

                  Indians 4-2.

AL will show its dominance again.

I hate the indians so if it's indians vs rockies in the world series I would like the rockies to sweep but i think cleveland might win 1 or 2 games if their lucky.
