The obligatory "Jamie Moyer is so old" facts

Of the 49 other players on the rosters 13 were under the age of 5 and 6 weren't even born when Moyer made his debut in`86

Technically that distinction belongs to Tim Wakefield, who FB averages 73MPH to Moyers 81. But Wakefield only throws 11% FB to Moyer's 48%. -- Th other knuckler in the ML Charlie Haeger of the Dodgers FB is 2 MPH faster than Moyer's

Heh, just check over at Fangraph real quick, there maybe someone else, but really only Wake, Haeggar and Livan hernandez came to mind when I thought about soft tossers

for the record Livans FB averages just a bit facter than Moyers at 84.5 MPH; but he throws in 62% of the time!
