go to espn360.com and pick gamecast for that game and it will give you odds on scoring based on runners on base and outs.

I would think so yes, but if it was Halladay on the mound with the pitcher due up next, I guess there's stuff like that. I will say this, live betting should be reserved for blackberry equipped game attendants and fringe S/M crowds.
