Haven't seen such a washed up pitcher in years.

why was this line off the charts at -160 road favorite? mazusmackya has done zero this year. it doesn't make any sense whatsoever.

what are you talking about, it is obvious that the manager had a clear plan for this start..HOPE hope the pitcher can go past 5 after all this is his first start in a while...and it was a genious plan since it worked of course...even if the pen was over used, there has to be a plan. glad TF is not my doctor

line was -160 because of Balts pitcher is bad...but nowhere near as bad as MatsuzzikkiiIsuckypitchii, and now enter Tim Wakefield...

Boston looks like group of old dudes , especially their pitchers. It is amazing that team like this have guys like Wakefield, Lester... who are done and should be pitching in veteran leagues! Beckett is somewhat mediocre . That jap should go home and eat sushi on the couch . Boston at this point is just horrible! Baltimore is the most sorry ass team in the league and even they kicking Boston bucket ...WTF

I could see Wakefield pitching at some local senior center within 2 to 3 weeks. Funny thing is that the over 55+ crowd will smash his pitches like tomatoes.

If that always was so easy! That same logic and numbers often wont work I'm pretty certain . But over all good point. The main point is not the old stats but the fact that Matsuzaka the samurai is old fart and can not pitch anymore. Boston is not the same team anymore. And what the coaching. Replace Matsuzaka with Wakefield? Good decision! It resulted to 10 runs in 2 innings!

It was his 1st start back.Maybe just rust. Not that I'm a fan but the guy has like 12 pitches in his repertoire. With that much junk you can pitch well after your fast ball is gone.

You losers back a -160 chalk on highly public and overrated team like Bosox and then complain when Matsuzaka, a former 18 game winner has one really bad inning after coming off a major surgery. Racial slurs even being thrown around by the more idiotic of posters like that Smurf fairy above. Something about sushi or another. Why doesn't your fat, inbred azz go armchair quarterback some more in your trailer and eat some raccoon you fuccin redneck!

he had one good year and when he did he was the luckiest asian on the planet and houdini getting out of jams. those days are over he was never really that good to begin with. of course he will win games but -160 road favorite vs anyone but the dutch national team is a joke if you know anything about baseball.
