under is donzo... same deal the previous two days.... start out under....

(my theory is because with the wind blowing out, pitchers KNOW to keep the ball down...and they did)

but when you start to tire, in a little jam or just let one slip, or get high in the pitch count..... BOOM GOES THE DYNAMITE
