          I like over 9 and R+H+E over 28.5
          both team's pitchers have a combined MLB experience of only 3 years.
          Houston's pitcher makes only 400K a year, Cinci's pitcher has 1 year mlb experience with unknown salary

              i actually like the under in this game and i put a small play on cinci as well...both offenses really struggle and i expect this to go below the total...
